MsgReader - Not displaying French characters properly in extracted .htm file #282

French characters are not being strored and rendered correctly in the extracted .htm body file when using the extract to folder functionality

I looked into your e-mail but when I open it at my system with MSGViewer it looks pretty good to me. I don't see anything wrong with the French characters. I don't know if you just used the library but if so then make sure you use the correct encoding when writing the file to disk. I used the latest version that is on nuget.
