Speculative pull request.
The project file uses fixed-path locations for the outputting of XML documentation, which means if anybody else tries to build the solution then they have to have the same directory structure - this is incompatible with build systems.
I have altered this to use relative outputs in the bin folder. And also removed the .vs directory, as that's user-specific.
