MsgKit/MsgReader in one project #80

I cannot use MsgKit and MsgReader in my strong name signed project. Could you please update the dependency in MsgKit to OptmMcdf to the same version as in MsgReader (2.2.1.9)?

I just upgraded the nuget package, just get the latest version from nuget.
