Hello,

When I try to convert the output html email to rich text and click “Save”, it will throw the following error.

FYI. I am using outlook 2019 Professional Plus.

After remove the attachment and convert to rich text, it works. I think the reason is that Microsoft doesn't support conversion of email with attachment between html and rich text format
