Capture region not working below the first visible area of page #200

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I roll  the page down
2. Click on Addon > Capture region

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected result is to be able to capture region of whole page, not of the first 
visible area

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest; Vista HP 32bits latest SP

Please provide any additional information below.

Replicated with 18.0.1025.168 (Developer Build 134367) Built on Ubuntu 11.10, 
running on Ubuntu 12.04

At the moment after moving to Win7 and installing Chrome 20.0.1132.43, the 
problem appears not to exist any more.
