Image Edit Capability Is Broken #270

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Capture any part of screen
2.Click any of the 4 editing tools
3.Observe menus for tools hidden behind image where they are inaccessible.

When trying to Redact, Highlight, add Text or add a Line using the toolbar 
buttons the menus for each of these appear behind the image you are trying to 
edit. You can not get to them so you are stuck with the default settings.

Using latest version of extension (just uninstalled then reinstalled to be 
sure) and latest version of Chrome (Version 23.0.1271.97 m)

Almost forgot, I'm on a Windows machine running Vista Home Premium SP2

Oy, I see this is an old issue with multiple reports. I didn't realize that new 
reports were hidden at the end of the list while old ones were displayed first. 
There is a fix described in comment 2 to <pre><a title="Toolbar doesn't show 
correctly" href="/p/chrome-screen-capture/issues/detail?id=221">Issue 
221</a></pre> which seemed to do the job. I'm rather surprised Google hasn't 
bothered taking the necessary 5 seconds to correct this.
