-> As a critical customer, I want to be able to review a restaurant immediately, so I can remember if I enjoyed the place, and if I want to go there again.

Acceptance Test:

  1. Open App
  2. Click on Budget Tab.
  3. Go to Spending History tab.
  4. Text fields will be available to input restaurant/store.
  5. Inputs from values 1 to 5 are choices next to text fields.
  6. Click submit.
  7. Inputted values should appear below.
