Time is auto changing even when unchecked on G1 phone android #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. take date off auto change
2.change the date on Phone
3. wait until it changes back 3 secs.

What is the expected output? date not to auto change if auto change is not
selected  What do you see instead?  it changes back to todays date

What version of the product are you using?kernal 2.6.25-01845-g85d4f0d apa
27  firmware 1.1

 On what operating system? Andriod phone on G1 phone lastest build

Please provide any additional information below.
date keeps changing back.

well, to be quite sure, i don't understand that issue at all.

what does it have to do with XMLRPC library?
