Feat: Using React to separate frontend and backend

Describe the feature

As the UI is getting bigger and bigger , it is becoming more comples to manage the ui. Make use of React to divide the frontend into components. It will be really esay to focus on some parts of ui and to maintain it. Also the ui can be then enhanced further. I am attaching some preview of UI I have got so far (React + Tailwind), @SiddharthBahuguna please check below attached images or we can still go with the existing ui.

add new labels for each level, add level labels differently and gssoc label differently everything will be in small letters, level1, level2, level3, gssoc like this
