A way to mark study chapters as "Done" #451

People practice or study something and they want to mark their chapters as done when they are finished. Take into consideration studies as broadcasts and practice.

An expiration time for the Done mark and maybe different statuses, not just Done, would be nice.

Also note that this will (and should) interact with the Extended Interactive Lessons tool with the Sequential/Spaced Repetition flows, but it's not only about those. People just need to manually mark their own progress in various situations.
