Please tell about what you are exactly planning in the music session. Also, when will the participants install the Hack Web App.

So the music session we're planning is for an hour, participants ( seated in rooms like C01) can enqueue songs they want to play on the room's speakers. This was to make the hacks even more enjoyable. So they do this by probably giving a youtube URL of their song, and a server, probably one of our laptops plays them on the speakers. The Hack Web App is the Hackiiitd website; you can add it to the home screen for a native app-like experience, or use the standard website. There's no absolute "when" to install the app. But you need to access the website with your login credentials (that we will be providing to the 50 teams qualifying) at the time of registration on the campus for IDing purposes.
