Console drawer flashes open and closed when hitting escape

I believe this is an issue with Chrome, specifically the Devtools. Filed an issue on the Chrome bug tracker: https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=772697

To get around this issue for now, use the three-dots menu in the top right of the Devtools and select "Show console drawer"

Seems to have been fixed in Chrome 65
