Pluggable "Sources"

Right now the only way to import browser history is with a manual upload.

Ideally, plugins allow us to create automatic sources (e.g., Firefox Sync, watching a syncthing folder, etc).

This will require building an architecture for these sources, including configuration and multi-instancing.
