Which firmware is installed?2.2.2 zvd

What version of wireless tether are you using?3.1 pre100 and b6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.run in ap mode stop and try to start again.
2.netd seems to not stop
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
