Tethering started, but with errors

Which device (manufacturer, type)? - Nexus S 4G

Which firmware is installed? - Codename Android 2.0.0RC (4.0.4)

What version of wireless tether are you using? - 3.1-beta14

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install app
2. auto device-profile, auto setup-method
3. press to start tethering

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? - Instead of it starting 
normally like on previous versions of the app, I get the "tethering started 
with errors, see log" message. The log says "activating wifi interface" and 
"activating softap" failed.

Please provide any additional information below. - Not sure why but, I can no 
longer find my phone in the device-profile list... has support for the Nexus S 
been pulled?
