Samsung Galaxy S4 (Verizon) Error + No Log File

Which device (manufacturer, type)?
Samsung Galaxy S4 (Verizon)
Which firmware is installed?
Stock Deodexed Rom 
What version of wireless tether are you using?
Latest version from App store
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch the application
2. Start Wifi Tether
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output would be for it to work. Instead i receive an error stating 
that an error occured and to check the logs. Upon checking the logs, i find 
there is no log file that could be found
Please provide any additional information below.
I've tried changing the profile to GS4 with no luck. I can post the output of 
the logcat file if that helps.

Repeat - GS4 on verizon gets the same as the OP

Get the same also.  I installed the beta version and still will not start.  The 
Play Store version also gave me an error saying "phone is in an unknown state - 
reboot"  The Beta version got rid of that error though but still will not 
function

Did not see this initially.. Log Files aren't working for me in addition to 
this issue.

I have two Samsung galaxy s4 and I get the same errors as obove I tried the 
beta and it too got rid of the unknown state error.  Great app on my htc droid 
incredible I hope it can work on the samsung s4 verizon.
