What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Problem can be simulated using togle 2g only data or not in cell config
while in use.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I can connect and have normal surffing in internet, but if data cell changing
to 2G /3G or vice versa or down and up I can access internet any more. no
change in tether wifi spot, no disconnect from clients but no access to
internet anymore. I can continue access internet from the cell with problem. I
think to be routing problem. Restart wireless tether resolve the problem until
a new changing in data cell again.
Please provide any additional information below.
What do you see instead?
changing in status cell data provider should not affect internet acess without
manual restart.
