tethering won't start properly on galaxy s4 #1921

Which device (manufacturer, type)?
Samsung Galaxy S4
Which firmware is installed?
MJ7
What version of wireless tether are you using?
3.3
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.start tether
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?I get a message that 
tethering had started with errors and to see log

Please provide any additional information below. I have attached a screenshot 
of the log.

I tried the new 3_4 experimental version, and now it still doesn't start, but 
when i go to the show log option it tells me no log file exists
