Problem with Wifi Tethering: Starting AP and Configuring AP to Maxclient #1939

Which device (manufacturer, type)? Samsung Galaxy S3  Carrier: Att

Which firmware is installed? CyanogenMod 10.2.0-d2att (Android 4.3.1)

What version of wireless tether are you using? Wifi Tether-TrevE Mod

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Press to start tethering
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It shows me that started with errors like:
-Configuring AP with Maxclient
-Starting AP

Please provide any additional information below.
It worked in Cyanogenmod 10.0(Android 4.1.2)
