Which device (manufacturer, type)?
AT@T Samsung Galaxy S3 - SAMSUNG-SGH-I747 (stock rooted)

Which firmware is installed?
Jelly Bean 4.3

What version of wireless tether are you using?
I have tried everything from v2.0.7 to v3.4Experimental1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. wlan0 + Netd + Defaults
2. disable routing fix or it will fail
3. Error: Enabling NAT rules....Fail
- The log file never displays in tether unless I use root browser to set
tether.log to 777
What is the expected output? What do you see instead? The WiFi Tether never
"Tethers". I have tried many combinations of settings. If I remove my SIM card
and put in old HTC Desire (rooted) it works fine so this rules out my actual
ATT account.

Please provide any additional information below.
