Which device (SAMSUNG, NOTE3)?

Which firmware is installed? Kit Kat 4.4.2

What version of wireless tether are you using? Newest most updated version. 

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.as soon as I hit tether it says: Tethering started with errors! Please check 
show log.
2.Show log: Unable to open log-file.file! File does not exist!
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
