Add AoE2DE Balancing as extra Dataset #6

With AoE2DE it would be nice to also switch between different balancing datasets, I think. TriRem had posted a paste somewhere collecting all the changes. don't really find it now, though.

Update: Also here from FE a basic changelog.

As a first step, I added the DE data today with 6d50ed8dbf7eadfc1b341e546fac7904644f528f..4f658d9701d0feb9f33999354c47e42868e1c194

The icons are still missing and the HD data is currently gone (or rather parked on the HD-patch-5-8 branch), we'll see if we can in the end have them side-by-side easily with GitHub pages.

Point is that FE changelog is a little outdated. Because I try to create dataset for a deeper analysis of the civs, units etc. I am looking around for something useable in this area for a while, but did not found a solid source.

I am not entirely sure what you are looking for, but it should be possible to extract all relevant data from the game files, for example using aoe2dat or a slightly modified version of it

Concerning this issue, providing the HD techtree next to the DE techtree will be a lot of work, since it is not only a different data set with different values, but the structure of the tech tree is different as well (for example with coinage and banking moved up an age).

I see us either having a second repository for the HD tech tree (easy, but difficult to sync improvements), or a big redesign where we have two separate tech tree and civ configurations within this repository.

Are lot of people still playing HD? I am assuming that, since all the competitive scene has moved on to DE, the interest in HD would slowly fizzle out (if not already). If this is true, then it is difficult to justify the effort and RoI supporting both HD and DE in the same web-app. My $0.02.
