[Feature Request] Toggle for applying civ bonuses onto unit cost

The in-game tech tree will display unit costs with civ bonus applied, when ur in a game playing as the civ. For example, goths champions @39f+13g, portuguese crossbow-line @25w+36g. That would be neat to have when players want to check the cost like they do in game, instead of calculating themselves.
