Describe the bug K2s is using Debian 11 for the Linux virtual machine, which according to https://wiki.debian.org/DebianReleases#Production_Releases has EOL in 7/2024.

Expected behavior k2s should use a supported Linux distribution, e.g. Debian 12 to ensure that security support is available

Will do this for the 1.2.0 version, EOL for Debian 11 is August 2026 (https://wiki.debian.org/LTS)
