Request: Apps moved from drawer to the home screen, should be hidden from drawer ?!

Hi,

Thank you for this great launcher!

Is it possible to auto hide an app from the drawer if it's placed on the 
desktop? And if you remove an app from the desktop it will be visable again in 
the drawer? This can be the group option "auto show/hide" or something.

Because i have a lot of icons placed on my home screen for easy access but the 
drawer gets over loaded by apps and if they are on the home screen there is no 
real need for them in the drawer.

It would also be great if you could swap icons on the homescreen, by dropping 
one on another.
