when clicking icons on home screen or dock, instead of having a full icon 
background glow, have glow trace around icon

This would be a nice touch :) the current highlighting is not as good as the 
glow on launcherpro (in my opinion)

If you turn the gamma to zero you'll have a glass kind of look. In my opinion 
that is even cooler than a glow.
