Connect Database to Front-End of Webform

As a developer, I want to connect the database to the web form to allow for updates to occur.
Acceptance Criteria:

• Figure out how we want to connect it (what language,etc)
• Implement it and ensure that it works accordingly

Definition of Done:

• Acceptance Criteria have been met
• Moved to done by the developer and reviewed and closed by the product owner
