As a developer, I want to gather the information needed by the Google Play Store to properly deploy the SOS AR app.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Gather information from handoff packet and uploading it for the app

Definition of Done:

• Acceptance Criteria have been met
• Moved to done by the developer and reviewed and closed by the product owner
