Adding Classrooms to Database

As a developer, I want to add classrooms to the database to allow for the removal of the hardcoded classroom data.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Insert classrooms and corresponding data into the database appropriately

Definition of Done:

• Acceptance Criteria have been met
• Moved to done by the developer and reviewed and closed by the product owner
