As a developer, I want to implement feedback for the Scavenger Hunt feature to allow users to know if they scan the correct or incorrect plaque.

Acceptance Criteria:

Create feedback for both incorrect and correct plaque scanning
Ensure that the feedback appears and disappears in a timely manner and is visible to the user
Push up to Github

Definition of Done:

Acceptance Criteria have been met
Moved to done by the developer and reviewed and closed by the product owner
