As a developer, I want to gather users to test our app to allow us to publish it to the Google Play store.

Acceptance Criteria:

Reach out to Dr.Cotler and Prof C to plan a course of action
Send emails out to potential users with appropriate materials to allow them to test/document that they tested
Send follow-up to ensure that users are testing

Definition of Done:

Acceptance Criteria have been met
Moved to done by the developer and reviewed and closed by the product owner
