As a developer, I want to create a Professor Dropdown for the Professor dropdown scene to allow users to select the professor they want to learn more about.

Acceptance Criteria:

Create a Professor dropdown to be added to the Professor dropdown scene
Ensure the dropdown follows the style, has appropriate functionality and includes all professors names for 3rd floor RB
Push up to Github

Definition of Done:

Acceptance Criteria have been met
Moved to done by the developer and reviewed and closed by the product owner
