As a developer, I want to pull our database down from Planetscale to ensure it doesn't get wiped during the shutdown of the startup.

Acceptance Criteria:

Get database from planetscale and store it in an appropriate format to be transferred later on to a different host

Definition of Done:

Acceptance Criteria have been met
Moved to done by the developer and reviewed and closed by the product owner
