As a developer, I want to gather test subjects outside of our team to test our app to allow us to properly publish it on the Google Play Store.

Acceptance Criteria:

Reach out to subjects to get them to test the app
Ensure that they are all clear regarding whether or not they are testing the app

Definition of Done:

Acceptance Criteria have been met
Moved to done by the developer and reviewed and closed by the product owner
