As a developer, I want to figure out what the team needs to gather to properly close test the app to allow us to deploy it on the Google Play Store.

Acceptance Criteria:

Figure out what is required to properly test the app
Make a plan on what is happening moving forward

Definition of Done:

Acceptance Criteria have been met
Moved to done by the developer and reviewed and closed by the product owner
