As a developer, I want to fix the back buttons for the Quick Links page(s) to allow for users to accurately backtrack to the wanted page.

Acceptance Criteria:

Correct the functionality of the back buttons
Ensure that they work appropriately
Push to Github

Definition of Done:

Acceptance Criteria have been met
Moved to done by the developer and reviewed and closed by the product owner
