As a developer, I want to remove the UI Toolkit More Info pages to allow us to use a screen reader to enable more accessibility into the app.

Acceptance Criteria:

Remove UI Toolkit implementation and migrate to different UI layout
Ensure that screen reader works on it as intended
Push to Github

Definition of Done:

Acceptance Criteria have been met
Moved to done by the developer and reviewed and closed by the product owner
