This feature request is to allow the start button to be pressed but start the job at a reduced feed rate, with maybe a drop down list on the start button for 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, 90%. Currently the jobs start up at 100% feed rate. This does not give the operator any opportunity to see their chip quality, they must hunt for the override buttons within seconds to reduce the feed rate. It is better to have a machine start up at a reduced feed rate then the operator can speed it up rather than having to slow it down. For wood feed rate has a wide variance because it is soft. But for aluminum, brass, copper, FR4 board, garolite, acrylics, corian, etc. A good operator goes by the chip quality and uses the override buttons.
Feed overrides will be available before the job starts in the next release, allowing you to set a slower override before cutting and adjusting upwards from there.
