- new algorithm for accelerated moves
- uses eeprom accelerations and max feedrates
- accounts for 3d files & dwells
- uses max feedrate for G0 or if specified rate is above max
- use initial time estimation and estimation per line for live job estimation
- subtracts estimates per line from the time remaining
- accounts for feedrate overrides
