bugged transaction output value. #493

Describe the bug

A Detailed description of the issue (what happened, token affected and token amount) I made a transaction on SifChain ( BBF3222877421610F982565ED36202FC35D94714C40850584CC36D8063A510E3 ) exchanging 26267 ROWAN for 13.4 ATOM. I checked the values and used 1% slippage. The transaction confirmed and I got a notification saying I received 13.4 ATOM. when I checked my wallet, I had only 0.6 ATOM. I checked the transaction and it states that I exchanged 26267 ROWAN for 0.6 ATOM, which is incorrect. I am now able to buy back around 1300 ROWAN, which is around 5% of what I had before this transaction, meaning i lost 95% of the money. so please help me understand what happened to this transaction.

How to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to '...' https://sifchain-dex.forbole.com/#/swap?from=rowan&to=uatom&slippage=1.0
  2. Click on '....' exchange 26000 ROWAN for 13 ATOM
  3. Scroll down to '....' SWAP, check values and confirm transaction on your wallet
  4. See error "..." get 0.6 ATOM instead of 13 ATOM

Expected behavior
