Keplr wallet incorrectly displays token amount on Sifchain #495

Describe the bug

Keplr wallet reads the block data on Sifchain 2 days ago, not now and "IBC transfer" using Keplr wallet is not possible.

This issue is suspected to be a Keplr wallet bug. However, it may be related to the Sifchain v1.0.14-Beta upgrade. It seems that an issue occurred after upgrading to Sifchain v1.0.14-beta.
