regen export issue #66

Would need to ask the user if the tokens were refunded.

@OlegEnthusiast please ask the user if the tokens were refunded and if not please get their sif address and the export transaction.

User is saying that he is not able to import REGEN

ok, then my understanding is that the user that is trying to import regen is not the same person(theCopt_omnia) that was trying to export it...is this correct? If it is, i think it would be better to create a separate issue for it.

Said that, i will try myself to import and export regen and escalate it to chainops if needed

Yup, sorry for the confusion I tried to keep the REGEN topic in the one place. But probably I had to ask in the tech support group
