frontend points to the wrong disclaimer page #834

There are two disclaimer pages:

  1. https://www.sifchain.finance/legal-disclamer
  2. https://www.sifchain.finance/legal-disclaimer

Current frontend points to the first one while I think it should rather point to the 2nd one.
