Remove obsolete Services Json package #73

Since php7 (and this package has a requirement of >=7.1) json extension is always bundled with php and there's no benefit in having an alternative package (which not maintained anymore) for this

The change has been already addresses in a separate PR and released recently, fyi @ayanozturk
