disallowConllectingLocationData crashes on Android when set to false

Hi I see that this issue has already been addressed https://github.com/SiftScience/sift-react-native/issues/31 but this is currently causing a crash on Android.

When the user selects on 'Only this time' for the location permission, app instantly crashes.
