ClickHouse Operator `ServiceMonitor` #183

Adding ServiceMonitor could help us with monitoring our Clickhouse cluster with the help of the Prometheus and Grafana

@mhkarimi1383 You can add signoz.io scrape annotations to let the k8s-infra chart scrape metrics of clickhouse.

Is there a particular usecase you had in mind with respect to ServiceMonitor?

We are only using SigNoz for tracing and OTLP based things for monitoring we are using Prometheus/VictoriaMetrics

Thanks @mhkarimi1383. Was there a use-case that SigNoz was not able to solve with respect to metrics?

@grandwizard28 Thanks Being compatible with other tools/charts is a big thing to have For example on operators and charts you can enable monitoring by simply enabling the service monitors, also Grafana Dashboards and Plugins are not usable here
