Automate Users/Retentions/Dashboard with Helm Chart

Issue / Case

• We want to automate the followings:
  1. Create/Register the admin user within helm chart deployment
  2. Modify retention period for logs, trace and metrics within helm chart deployment.
  3. Import Signoz Dashboard with helm chart deployment. --- just like its available in grafana chart.

Efforts

• I checked the helm chart and your docs, all of the above can only be done only from UI.

Feature/Request/Enhancement

• Is it possible to add this soon, because deploying the chart on multiple clusters will be a hectic process.

Chart Version

• Chart version used at this time is 0.11.3

These are all the issues that are preventing us from using SigNoz, since we have multiple environments and don't want to have to configure them all by hand.
