docs: monitoring docker containers #147

@prashant-shahi do we already have this ?

We have docs for collecting docker container logs. What else needs to be included in this ?

@Calm-Rock Only logs, but not docker container metrics.

I had done quick POC on that on my own, but it was never picked up officially.

Need to use DockerStats receiver: https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-collector-contrib/blob/main/receiver/dockerstatsreceiver/README.md
