Query builder: variables suggestion in WHERE clause #2023

In case of signoz_k8s_component variable, users should see $signoz_k8s_component suggestion under WHERE option of any widgets of the dashboard.

$signoz_k8s_component would internally resolve to {{.signoz_k8s_component}} in the dashboard JSON.
