Support written fixed time stamps support #4323

Make it easier to write the fixed time range start and end. If I want to see data from 12/12 to 4/1 the only way to do this now is to use the custom option and then rely on the calendar which is time-consuming. Users should be able to type the custom timestamp in the filter that can be parsed and interpreted.
